In order to participate in the EBR Multiple Listing Service, all applicants must complete a MLS Participation Application to the MLS Chairperson.  Upon approval and acceptance by the EBR Board of Directors, members are required to submit the following:

New Member Broker/Business pays a one-time, non-refundable, MLS application fee of $300 to EBR.

New Member Associates pay to the Emporia Board of Realtors, a one-time, non-refundable MLS application fee of $100.  In addition, all associate licensees in each brokerage office will pay the recurring MLS participation fee ($57 Quarterly or $204 Annually) to REBR at 3644 S.W. Burlingame Road, Topeka, KS  66611, Attn:  Karen France.

All Non-Participating New Member Associates must submit a MLS Exemption Application Explanation Letter to the Emporia Multiple Listing Service, Inc.  (See links below.)

New member Brokers/Businesses already a primary member in another Kansas Association of Realtors recognized board do not have to be a member of the EBR to become a member of the Emporia Multiple Listing Service.

All REALTOR MLS Members must successfully complete the KAR REALTOR Orientation and Quiz.
